Born and raised in the Amazon jungle, Olivia learned resilience early. At 20, she purchased her first property, sparking a lifelong passion for real estate. Five years ago, she entered the U.S. market, mastering fix-and-flips and investments. Despite success in multiple industries, real estate remained her true game-changer. Now a full-time commercial investor, she owns and scales properties while empowering others through Flipping.com—helping them achieve financial freedom and generational wealth. Olivia now travels the world, pays for her kids’ college, and lives her dream life.
Phil Grove
Phill Grove is a veteran real estate investor, national speaker, and advocate for investor rights in Texas. Since transitioning from the tech sector in 2003, he has completed over 1,200 real estate transactions with his partner and wife, Shenoah Grove. Together, they’ve built the largest investor network in Texas and actively represent non-institutional investors during state legislative sessions. Phill holds a B.S. in Electrical Engineering and Computer Science from George Washington University.
Shenoah Grove
Shenoah Grove is a seasoned Texas real estate investor and founder of multiple real estate investing associations across the state. Known for her direct, results-driven teaching style, she’s completed over 1,200 transactions alongside her husband and partner, Phill Grove. A licensed Texas REALTOR and Broker, Shenoah holds a B.A. from the University of Texas and an M.B.A. from Rice University. She lives in Austin, TX, with Phill and their son, Zilker.
Shahriar Khan
Shahriar Khan is a Principal at Massive Capital and an active real estate investor with experience acquiring over 180 properties across land, single-family, commercial, and multifamily asset classes. In Q1 2022, he co-sponsored 262 units across three properties. Prior to real estate, Shahriar spent 13+ years at Royal Dutch Shell in leadership roles spanning engineering, strategy, and finance, managing multibillion-dollar portfolios. He holds an MBA from Rice University and a B.S. in Electrical Engineering from Prairie View A&M University.
Michael Bailey
Mike Bailey is Director of Capital Markets at Massive Capital and a seasoned real estate investor with over 20 years of active experience across land, single-family, commercial, and multifamily properties.
Since 2021, he has co-sponsored more than 3000 units in the Houston and Dallas markets.
Mike also brings 30+ years of leadership from ConocoPhillips, where he led upstream engineering projects globally and oversaw corporate capital strategy and vendor relationships. He holds a B.S. in Petroleum Engineering from the University of Oklahoma.
Sanjay Aggarwal
Sanjay Aggarwal is a Principal at Massive Capital and an experienced real estate investor with over six years actively investing across land, single-family, commercial, and multifamily assets. He has co-sponsored more than 1,000 units throughout Texas, with successful exits on over 800 units. Prior to real estate, Sanjay held leadership roles in portfolio strategy and vendor management at Capital One and Barclays. He holds an MBA from the Booth School of Business and a Master’s in Mechanical Engineering from the University of Central Florida.
Trevor Thompson
Trevor Thompson is a seasoned real estate investor and the 2025 Manager of the Canis Major Investment Club (CMIC). Formerly a corporate executive at iFly, Trevor brought years of strategic leadership into the world of real estate investing when he joined Big Dog in 2018 as a passive investor. His passion soon led to an active role in syndications, and by 2022, he joined Massive Capital. He has since invested in 20 deals as a Limited Partner (LP) and served as a General Partner (GP) or co-sponsor on 12 commercial properties. As CMIC Manager, Trevor focuses on helping members access private equity opportunities, deepen their financial knowledge, and build long-term wealth through commercial real estate.
